Our Response to COVID-19

The health and well-being of our team members and customers is Jackson Hewitt’s top priority. We have implemented safety protocols and contactless procedures to keep you and our team members safe.

Minimal contact options done through your computer or mobile device:

  • You can create a MyJH account and upload your paperwork. You will need to stop by to verify your identity, and sign your return.
  • You can book a drop off appointment (a 15 min. appointment) for your paperwork and to verify your identity. We will then be able to have you sign remotely. 

  • You can still come to our office and work with a team member to file your tax return.

    The following safety protocols have been implemented in our offices:

  • We have reduced the number of desks and lobby chairs to accommodate social distancing. We recommend booking an appointment in advance as limited seating is available.
  • We have added plexiglass dividers at all our desks and all employees are required to wear face coverings. 
  • Face coverings are required of our customers while in any of our locations.

  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we all work together to navigate CDC recommendations and guidelines for the safety of our community.
